International recognition and scope of accreditation
DAkkS is a member of the IAF Mutual Recognition Agreement for ISO 9001. The accreditation activity carried out by the accreditation body that is a signatory of the Multilateral Agreement on the Recognition of IAF (MLA) is recognized worldwide (in Europe, Japan, China, the USA, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, etc.), therefore certificates issued by CISCC «Intercoms» in the DAkkS accreditation system have international recognition. CISCC «Intercoms» was one of the first Russian authorities to undergo reaccreditation to meet the requirements of the new standard ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 – requirements for certification bodies – in the DAkkS system. The accreditation area of CISCC «Intercoms» in the DAkkS system includes communication, electronic and optical equipment and information technologies.
